Rauawaawa Kaumātua Charitable Trust and its event organisers have put in place the following privacy policy to protect your personal information. By using our website and/or providing information to us, you consent to our policy.


Collection of Information


By registering for ‘2019 National Kaumātua Service Providers Conference’ you will be asked to provide us with information about yourself, such as your name, address, contact numbers and email address. If you do not give this information, we may not be able to process your registration.


When you visit our website, we may collect further information such as the address of your internet service provider (ISP) and your activity on our site.


We may use the information you provide to process your transaction, to administer your account and process payments for registration.


In addition, we may use the information to promote and market our event and services, or the products and services of others. However, we do use third parties to perform services on our behalf, for example delivery of packages, sending mail, emails and processing payments.
