Terms & Conditions of Registration


1. Registration & Fees
 

  • Registration fees are due on or before Friday 8 November 2019 or until all tickets sold.

  • Registrations are not able to be shared but they are transferable, on the condition that written notice is received by Monday 4 November 2019.

2. Conference Registration 

FULL REGISTRATION (All 3 days) 

  • Entry into all conference sessions/workshops for all days of conference; conference pack and any conference materials. ID tag, meals and refreshments include morning and afternoon teas, lunch and dinners on Day 1 and 2.


DAY 1 & 2 REGISTRATIONS

  • Entry into all conference sessions/workshops for your selected conference day; conference pack and any conference materials. ID tag, meals and refreshments include morning and afternoon teas, lunch and dinners on your selected conference day.


CONFERENCE DINNER - Day 2

  • Conference dinner is included in your registration fee. Confirmation of your attendance at dinner is required for catering purposes and to ensure you have a reserved seat.


DAY 3 REGISTRATION
Entry into all conference sessions /workshops for your selected conference day; A Conference Pack and any conference materials. ID tag, meals and refreshments include morning and afternoon tea and lunch.
 

3. Cancellations & Alterations

Should you be unable to attend, please proceed as follows:

  1. Arrange a substitute delegate in your place.

  2. Notify us in writing (letter, fax or email) at least ten (10) working days prior to the event and receive a refund less a $100+GST service charge per registrant.

  3. We are unable to provide a refund for cancellations received less than ten (10) working days prior to the event or if you are unable to provide a substitution.

  4. If fees have not been paid prior to conference, and the registrant is unable to attend, the registrant is responsible for, and will be invoiced for costs accordingly.
     

4. Travel & Accommodation
 

  • Registrants and partners are responsible for their own travel and accommodation bookings and no compensation will be made should the event be rescheduled or cancelled.

  • Registrants and partners are responsible for their own airport transfer bookings and no compensation will be made should the event be rescheduled or cancelled.

5. Registration & Information Desk

The Conference registration desk will operate from the following locations and times:

  • Monday 18 November 2019: 5pm – 8pm the Foyer at Novotel Lakeside Rotorua

  • Tuesday 19 November 2019: After the powhiri, Waiteti Marae, Ngongotaha

  • Wednesday 20 November 2019: 7.30am – 6.00pm the Foyer at Novotel Lakeside Rotorua

  • Thursday 21 November 2019: 8.00am - 2.00pm the Foyer at Novotel Lakeside Rotorua


6. ID Tag

Your named conference ID tag is your access to events and must be worn on Tuesday 19, Wednesday 20 and Thursday 21 November while you are attending the conference. 
 

7. Event Cancellation
 

  • Rauawaawa Kaumātua Charitable Trust and its conference organisers reserves the right to alter the programme, schedule of activities as necessary and without notification.

  • Rauawaawa Kaumātua Charitable Trust and its conference organisers will refund any registration fees after deduction of expenses already incurred.

  • In the event the conference is cancelled, accommodation and travel costs will not be reimbursed.


8. Payments 

You can pay for your registration online by credit card, (Visa or Master Card only) or by direct deposit (payment details are included on your tax invoice). If you are paying by credit card the following apply:

  • Credit Card payments are processed via a secure gateway

  • Your Credit Card statement will show a debit for the amount to "NKSPC 2019"

  • If you are paying by direct deposit (internet banking) bank account details are shown on the top right of the registrant’s invoice.


9. Disclaimer

Rauawaawa Kaumātua Charitable Trust and their event organiser will not accept liability for damages, injury, loss or theft of any nature to their personal property sustained or incurred by participants or their accompanying persons as a result of the conference or its related events and activities.
